Tim’s passion for media and technology took root in his formative years, setting the stage for a multifaceted career that intertwines creativity and innovation. From an early age, Tim was captivated by the magic of technology, a fascination that seamlessly transitioned into a talent for both music and media. At just 16, he debuted his DJ skills at Stonewall Centennial School’s junior high dance, a pivotal moment that ignited his pursuit of music.

Throughout his tenure at Sturgeon Creek Collegiate, where he majored in media production, Tim’s talent flourished as he became the go-to DJ for school dances and any function that required video, sound, lights and/or music. His academic achievements culminated in receiving the prestigious Broadcaster Association of Manitoba (B.A.M.) award at graduation, underscoring his early impact in the media industry.

Tim’s career trajectory has spanned broadcast television, independent film, and radio, where he has continually leveraged his deep-rooted expertise in the arts. Currently, as the Director of Media for Re/max Interlake, he shapes innovative media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Parallel to his professional endeavors, Tim has excelled in the music industry. His electronic music productions have not only been signed by local and international record labels but have also charted in the top 20 on Beatport and Juno, showcasing his extensive musical prowess.

In addition to his media and music ventures, Tim lends his voice to various commercial projects, where his voice-over work adds a dynamic layer to his extensive skill set. Despite his natural shyness, Tim has mastered the art of public speaking, a skill he first honed as a stage-performing magician before transitioning to DJing. This ability to connect with audiences, whether through magic, music, or media, has propelled his DJ career, which thrives on word-of-mouth recommendations.

Tim’s journey is a testament to overcoming personal challenges and embracing one’s passions, making him a beacon of inspiration in both the auditory and visual realms of the media production industry.

Remaining adaptable to the changing times, Tim rebranded his company as Bomb Squad Entertainment, dedicating their services to electrifying club-style gigs and cutting-edge events featuring dance and electronic music.

Following years of excitement and success, Tim took a temporary break from the entertainment industry to focus on his alternate venture, Image Fire Media, a videography company. With a shift in his creative direction, he sold a significant portion of his DJ equipment and swiftly became a prominent figure in the real estate video and photography market.

However, Tim’s undeniable passion for music and his unwavering love for live performances soon reignited. The demand for his skills as a social and wedding DJ resurfaced, fueled by referrals from friends and acquaintances. Embracing the opportunity, Tim embarked on a new venture, founding Audio|Fire Entertainment, a comprehensive solution for all sound and music requirements. Concurrently, his existing business, Image|Fire Media, now devotes itself exclusively to visually captivating endeavors.

Today, Tim’s unwavering dedication to excellence, coupled with his expertise in both auditory and visual realms, has solidified his reputation as a leading professional in the industry. With Audio|Fire Entertainment and Image|Fire Media at the forefront, Tim continues to create exceptional experiences, leaving a lasting impact on every event and project he undertakes.
